Wellness Program

Employee Leave Bank

  • Employee-funded program that provides additional leave time for an employee experiencing a catastrophic illness or injury after their own leave balances have been exhausted and they are not eligible for short or long term disability benefits.
  • If approved, a recipient may be paid up to 60% of their base salary.
