Description:
The request is to change the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation of the 0.25-acre subject property from Planned Development-Medium Density Residential (PD-MDR) to Commercial (C). The applicants are proposing to unify the property with two neighboring Commercial-designated parcels to the south (Parcels 19-22-29-0000-00-028 and 19-22-29-0000-00-038) and develop a drive-through self-storage facility on the combined 3.54 acres. If the project is approved, the 0.25-acre subject parcel will serve as a driveway and buffer area for the self-storage facility.
