Task Force Meeting

The annual Orange County Community Conference provides Orange County residents an opportunity to learn about innovative ways to improve neighborhoods. Workshops offer a well rounded blend of topics for individual citizens, voluntary neighborhood organizations, homeowners associations and other community groups.

To review applications for sports incentive funds authorized under the Tourist Development Plan and shall submit recommendations to the Board for final determination on funding requests.

To rezone two parcels totaling 108.78 gross acres from PD to incorporate it into the Universal Blvd PD and to integrate the 1,000,000 square feet of retail commercial land uses from the Pavilion at Sand Lake PD into the Universal Blvd PD. The request is also to remove parcel id 29-23-29-0000-00-007 from the PD boundary to remove the Convention Plaza district and Equivalency zone standards from the PD and to request thirty-nine from Orange County Code.
