If you require immediate emergency response or assistance, such as an animal bite, attack, or injured animal, dial 311.
- Please provide as much information as possible. The information requested on this screen is the same our customer service representatives will request from you on the regular telephone lines.
- If your complaint is regarding an owned animal, please ensure as much of the owner information is completed as possible. The owner is who Animal Services will be dealing with. The faster we can find them, the faster the situation can be resolved.
- If your complaint is regarding unowned or roaming animals, please provide as much information as possible regarding the times and places these animal can be seen.
