Clerk of the Circuit and County Courts - Branch Court Division of County Court

The three branch courts process all cases within County Court jurisdiction, including traffic and misdemeanor cases, civil cases involving less than $15,000 and landlord/tenant evictions. All three issue marriage licenses and perform ceremonies. Each holds arraignments for traffic and misdemeanor cases originated by the Orange County's Sheriff's Office, Florida Highway Patrol and cities as shown below:

County Courts handle traffic cases, misdemeanors, and minor offenses that could lead to a maximum sentence of one year in county jail, as well as civil cases of $15,000 or less, marriage licenses, and tenant evictions.
