About One-Stop Permitting

Mayor Jacobs sought to enhance customer service in development permitting by establishing a central permitting destination. With "one stop permitting," permit applicants have one location to visit, submit applications, ask questions and receive results on a limited number of development applications.

Community, Environmental, and Developmental Services Department, through its efforts with the ALADIN modernization program, has streamlined various development processes were feasible Centralizing technology has made process more flexible and with "One-Stop," we can be more responsible to our customer needs.

Mission

Provide a central location, manned by several county agencies where customers can visit to get answers, submit applications and receive results for a limited number of development type permits.
