Orange TV & Vision TV

Orange TV & Vision TV

Orange County operates two government access channels on cable TV.

Orange TV, which includes live meetings, programs focusing on county services, and special events can be seen on channel 199 on Brighthouse Networks, Adelphia Cable and Strategic Technologies Cable.

Vision TV, which focuses on Arts, Education and Information programming can be seen on channel 198 on Brighthouse Networks, and Strategic Technologies Cable, and channel 97 on Adelphia Cable. See your County Government in action with important meetings, special events, programs and activities 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Several times a year, major events that vary from community entertainment to information fairs are held around Orange County. BCC Chambers

Many of the important decisions that affect life in Orange County are made in the Board of County Commission (BCC) Chambers in the Administration Building at 201 S. Rosalind Ave. All BCC meetings, Board of Zoning Adjustment, and several others are taped and shown on Orange TV.

Media Relations

Orange County Government is one of the largest public organizations in the region. With one of the fastest growing media markets in the country, providing accurate information to news organizations in a timely manner is a real challenge. Internal Communications

Informed employees are effective employees. With over 6,000 employees in a 1,000 square mile area, the Communications Division meets the challenge through the monthly newsletter The Orange Spiel and other publications.
