The ARIFC meets the second and fourth Thursdays at 10:00 am in the first floor conference room of the Public Works building located at 4200 South John Young Parkway in Orlando, Fl. 

The Alternative Road Impact Fee Committee (ARIFC) was established to guide applicants through the alternative impact fee process; review, approve or deny alternative impact fee methodologies and studies; review agreements relating to alternative impact fees; oversee issues related to monitoring; and address other road impact fee issues, as applicable.

Section 23-93 of the Orange County Code states that where "an applicant believes that the cost of off-site roadway improvements needed to serve his proposed development is less than the fee established in Section 23-92, the applicant may at his own expense submit an alternative fee calculation to the County Administrator or designee pursuant to the provisions of this section."
