The Water Reclamation Division provides service to 136,111 customers in unincorporated Orange County and portions of several municipalities in Orange County through the operation and maintenance of wastewater collection and transmission systems, pump stations, water reclamation facilities and reclaimed water systems. This division operates 3 regional water reclamation facilities.

There are 560 miles of wastewater forcemain, 1,198 miles of wastewater gravity main, 369 miles of reclaimed water pipeline and 705 Orange County Utilities maintained pump stations in the Orange County service area.
