The Minority/Women Business Enterprise Advisory Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the compliance officer and the board on issues related to Minority/Women Business Enterprises. The Minority/Women Business Enterprise Advisory Committee may act as an initial hearing committee for appeals of certification denials as provided for in certification guidelines implementing the Orange County Ordinance and Administrative Regulations.
