What is PCAN?

PCAN is the Primary Care Access Network. PCAN has family doctors, walk-in clinics, and other medical services. Most are located in Orange County. Many people do not have health insurance. PCAN helps them find affordable care.

Medical Homes

Having a medical home means having a family doctor. People who have family doctors often have better health. They miss less work or school, and have a regular place to go when they are ill. A family doctor treats earaches, sore throats, coughs and other minor illnesses. The doctor can also help people with diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, etc. PCAN medical homes see patients with and without insurance. There are many locations in Orange County.
