Orange County is pleased to announce the official conclusion of the Spring 2025 Citizens’ Review Panel (CRP) Fund Distribution Process. All proposals submitted during this cycle were thoroughly evaluated and scored by the CRP Advisory Board. Preliminary funding recommendations have been established and are provided below for public reference.
SPRING 2025 CRP FUND DISTRIBUTION RESULTS
Please note that all funding recommendations are preliminary, pending resolution of any agency appeals. Recommendations are also subject to change and contingent upon the availability of funds and final approval by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners (BCC).
In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or omission between the submitted Proposal and the applicable Scope of Services or Program requirements, the provisions outlined in the Scope of Services or Program requirements shall prevail. Accordingly, Respondents will be expected to meet all applicable terms, conditions, and requirements.
The Orange County Citizens’ Commission for Children extends sincere appreciation to all agencies that participated in the Spring 2025 CRP Fund Distribution Process. Each organization is commended for its continued dedication to serving the residents of Orange County and its commitment to improving the well-being of children and families in our community.

The Citizens’ Review Panel for Human Services Advisory Board (CRPHS) will accept and evaluate funding proposals from eligible Respondents. The CRP will then make funding recommendations to the Orange County Board of County Commissioners. This grant funding allows nonprofit organizations to provide vital services to children, youth and their families in Orange County.
In order to be considered eligible for a CRP award from Orange County, Respondents must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Have a physical location within Orange County, Florida;
- Be 501(c)(3) human services nonprofit organization;
- Has been legally able to conduct business in the State of Florida for a minimum of one year prior to application; and,
- Timely submit a Proposal with all the requisite documentation, certifications, affirmations, and acknowledgements that complies with the terms and conditions of each request for proposal.
