Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee

Mission

To advocate for the increase of diversity, equity and inclusion in arts and culture.

Goals
  1. To suggest strategies to increase equal access to funding opportunities to underserved arts organizations led by people of color.
  2. To recommend remedies for the issue of under-representation of diverse groups in the Central Florida arts community at all levels.
  3. To advocate for the investment of necessary resources for diverse artists and groups to experience equity and have the opportunity to grow and participate on equal terms.
