Family Resource Program (FRP) is a case management program for residents at-risk of homelessness due to health, disability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Who We Help
	- Temporarily or permanently disabled persons who plan to return to work or seek Social Security or other long-term benefits
 
	- Individuals or families experiencing an overwhelming or unavoidable situation that could last more than one month
 
How We Help
	- Limited financial assistance and budget counseling
 
	- Case management and supportive services
 
	- Information and referrals to community resources
 
	- Home visits
 
Minimum Qualifications 
	- U.S. citizen or legal resident status 
 
	- Established Orange County resident for at least 90 days
 
	- Individuals or key family member(s) unable to work due to physical conditions or unforeseen financial instability, without access to resources to resolve situation
 
	- Employed within last 90 days 
 
	- Recent medical documentation of inability to work and length of impairment
 
	- No adult in household has received prior assistance from the program (eligibility is once-in-a-lifetime) 
 
	- Willing to participate in case management services to establish agreed upon goals to return to self-sufficiency
 
	- Eligibility is based on supportive documentation provided, assessment of household situation, and the probability of a successful outcome
