Orange County Health Services Department contracts with local HIV Service Providers throughout Orange and surrounding counties. These Service Providers address the health care and service needs of people with HIV and their families that live in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Lake Counties. A wide range of services are offered; case management, substance use disorder and mental health services, HIV medical care, peer mentoring, oral health care, medical nutritional therapy, early intervention services, housing, and medical transportation.
Please be advised that the project award recommendations for the Substance Abuse Outpatient Care Services category, originally posted on January 22, 2026, are hereby rescinded due to funding availability.
This rescission applies to the following recommended awards:
- Substance Abuse Outpatient Care Services:
- Specialized Treatment, Education and Prevention Services, Inc. (STEPS) – Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8
- Hope and Help of Central Florida, Inc. – Lot 6 (Orange County)
