Orange County Health Services Department contracts with local HIV Service Providers throughout Orange and surrounding counties. These Service Providers address the health care and service needs of people with HIV and their families that live in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Lake Counties. A wide range of services are offered; case management, substance use disorder and mental health services, HIV medical care, peer mentoring, oral health care, medical nutritional therapy, early intervention services, housing, and medical transportation.

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A: Mental Health Services and Substance Abuse Outpatient Care
- Released November 5, 2025, and is scheduled to close December 3, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
Entities are required to complete and submit their applications to the Request for Proposal (RFP) via ZoomGrants.com.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting for interested entities will be held on November 12, 2025, at 12:00 pm, via Microsoft Teams. Attendance is not mandatory but encouraged. The meeting will be recorded and available for viewing in the provided Box link.
