Description:To rezone from R-CE (Country Estate District) to R-1 (Single-Family Dwelling District) to establish consistency with its existing Low Density Residential (LDR) Future Land Use (FLU) and allow for fifteen (15) single-family dwelling unit development. The R-1 zoning allows for single-family detached homes on lots measuring a minimum of 50 feet in width and 5,000 square feet in size. Regardless of zoning, any subdivision with the LDR FLU has its density limited to 4 dwelling units per 1 acre overall.
