Lake Underhill Road

Widening, adding sidewalks, and bringing in lighting

Approved Plan

The approved widening of Lake Underhill Road will begin when funding for the project becomes available. The plan expands Lake Underhill Road to four lanes between Goldenrod Road and Rouse Road. Additional improvements include new sidewalks, bike lanes and better lighting.

The design follows the guidelines of the road’s existing Right-of-Way.

Project Phase 1

Project Phase 3

Plans for Phase 3, extending from Chickasaw Trail to Econlockhatchee Trail, will advance to Final Design, Right-of-Way acquisition, and Construction when funds become available.
