Utilities Online Account
If you are using the Utilities Online Account for the first time, you must register by creating an online profile.
By mail
Send a check or money order along with your bill payment stub to: Orange County Utilities Department, P.O. Box 628068, Orlando, FL 32862-8068.
Over the phone
At no additional charge, you can make a payment using the automated system that accepts debit cards (with Visa or MasterCard logo), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), and e-checks (if your account is in good standing) 24 hours a day by calling (407) 836-5515.
At our office
Make a payment at our office or drive-thru at 9150 Curry Ford Road (on the southeast corner of Curry Ford Road and Econlockhatchee Trail in east Orlando) Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., via cash, check, money order, debit card (with Visa or MasterCard logo), or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).
At a night drop box (for after-hours payments)
We offer two drop box locations, one at the drive-thru on the west side of the Orange County Utilities Administration Building at 9150 Curry Ford Road and the other on the south side of the Orange County Government Administration Center at 201 South Rosalind Avenue. Payments placed in these drop boxes will be processed the next business day. Payment must be in the form of a check or money order (no cash).
