Hike along the Florida National Scenic Trail which leads you through a variety of wetland and upland habitats. You may see a gopher tortoise along the trail or hear the drumming of woodpeckers. A picnic table and several benches await your arrival so you can enjoy the sounds and sights of nature. Crosby Island Marsh Preserve was purchased in conjunction with the South Florida Water Management District in order to preserve Orange County’s natural resources. The preservation of this parcel added to a 3,000-acre wildlife corridor. An observation pier that will allow visitors to catch a glimpse of the marsh system for which the property is named will be a future recreational amenity.

The Crosby Island Marsh Preserve is located in southeast Orange County off Moss Park Road.
