ADOPT A FIRE STATION

Orange County Fire Rescue Department is pleased to announce the continued tradition of the annual Adopt a Fire Station initiative for the 2024 holiday season. The goal is to once again have all 45 fire stations, as well as our 911 dispatch center, adopted by families and/or local organizations between the weeks of November 18 through December 31. Signups will begin on Tuesday, November 12 so, please, check back! The last day to sign up will be November 22, 2024.

This event has become a means for our community to say thank you to first responders who work throughout the holidays to serve others.

Each station will have the opportunity to be adopted three times (A shift, B Shift and C shift) on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep in mind crews will remain in service during visits and may be dispatched for an emergency at any time. If a crew is out on a call when you arrive, please stand by and wait for their return or call the dispatch center at 407-737-2444.

Crews work 24-hour rotations to cover three shifts – A,B,C. Each station and shift is available for adoption, along with our 911 dispatch center. View this list of fire stations to find addresses.

For the health and safety of our firefighters and dispatchers, ServSafe Certified food is encouraged. This includes food prepared in restaurants, food trucks, catering services or store-bought items.

Adopt a Fire Station Request Form:

First, THANK YOU for your interest in wanting to adopt one of our fire stations for the holidays. As first responders, we proudly serve our community 365 days a year, but we are thankful for your support, especially as most first responders will be away from their families during holidays. We are truly grateful for your care and holiday cheer.

Please provide us with the following information to best accommodate the fire station adoption:
