The HR inBox is a centralized and secure digital inbox used to submit documents directly to Human Resources for review and processing.

How to Securely Submit Documentation


  1. Individually save each form along with the appropriate supporting document as follows:

    Employee ID + Last Name + Document Type

    • 123456 LastName Performance Eval
    • 123456 LastName Corrective Action
    • 123456 LastName FML
    • 123456 LastName Educational Assistance
  2. Select or drag your document(s) to the appropriate Box folder then click submit.
  3. A progress window will display the status of each upload until 100% is reached.
  4. After you submit your documents, you will see a "Success" page. This page serves as confirmation that your documents were received.
  5. An HR Representative will contact you if anything additional is needed.
    The maximum file size is 5 MB, and only the following file types may be used: .pdf (unlocked), .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tiff, .bmp, and txt

Q I need to take Family and Medical Leave (FML). How do I submit my request?

A Upload your forms and applicable documentation to our secure Box.com folder by clicking on the Upload Documents tab. Please allow up to five (5) business days for an HR Representative to review your request.

Q I’m a New Hire, where do I submit my Benefits documentation?

A Upload your forms and applicable documentation to our secure Box.com folder by clicking on the Upload Documents tab. For more information about your benefits options, please refer to our New Hire benefits page.

Q I’m an Existing employee and need to make changes to my benefits, where do I submit my documentation?

A You must submit your request online via myOCPortal within 60 calendars days of your qualified life event (i.e. birth, marriage, divorce, loss/gain of other coverage, etc.).To learn exactly how you can do this, review the Life Events Job Aid. If unable to submit your Qualified Life Event request online, please email Benefits@ocfl.net for assistance.

Q Where do I submit a Verification of Employment?

A Please refer to our Verification of Employment webpage.

Q What types of documents can I submit under “Other Documents”?

A Personnel, Performance, Discipline, and Education-related documents including but not limited to, Employee Change Notices (ECNs), COVID, Remote Work Agreements, Outside Employment Notification Forms, Annual and Probationary Evaluations, Employee Separation Forms, Corrective Actions, Educational Assistance, etc. For questions, or assistance in locating a form, visit OrangeNet or contact your designated HR Representative.

Q I submitted my documents. How do I know if HR received them?

A Once completed, a Success! page will display. This is confirmation that the documents you submitted were received. An HR Representative will contact you if anything additional is needed.
