The Orange County Planning Division is conducting a series of small area studies to address consistency and compatibility concerns within areas of the County known as Rural Residential Enclaves.

This study will propose new Comprehensive Plan Policies to preserve and enhance the existing rural character of these neighborhoods, while maintaining consistency with the County's long-term goal of achieving a more compact and efficient urban fabric.
