The proposal is to change the Future Land Use Map designation of the subject property from Commercial (C) to Planned Development (PD) ? Commercial (C) / High Density Residential ? Student Housing (HDR ? Student Housing) with a Land Use Plan Change Determination request to allow for a student housing project with 950 beds and 3,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial uses. This is the first of two proposed changes within the Quadrangle Planned Development (the other request is on Data Court).
