The request is to change the Future Land Use Map designation of a 0.23-acre portion of the subject property from LMDR (Low-Medium Density Residential) to C (Commercial), and to rezone 0.65-gross acres of the subject property (RZ-21-04-18) from R-1A (Single-Family Dwelling District) and C-1 (Retail Commercial District) to C-2 (General Commercial District) in order to allow for general C-2 uses along E.
