Orange County Utilities is planning a new gravity sewer collection system in the Palms I and Palms II subdivisions, an associated wastewater pump station in a nearby common area, and a transmission force main in the public right-of-way. The project would also include connecting individual residences to the sewer main, abandoning existing septic tanks, landscaping and site restoration, resurfacing roadways (materials to match existing), and installing a new irrigation service connection with a meter at each residence. In this meeting, Orange County Utilities staff will present updated project information, review the ballot and deadlines, and answer any questions.
