The proposal is to change the future land use map of approximately 1,417.72 acres from Rural/ Agricultural to Lake Pickett to allow up to 2,388 dwelling units within 8 neighborhoods a community space complex, a multi-purpose trail, community amenities, a middle or K-8 PUBLIC SCHOOL and a fire station. The PD- Regulating Plan and Planned Development Rural Settlement rezoning includes an additional 18.1 acres within the Lake Pickett Rural Settlement with 12 additional units for a total of 2,400 dwellings.
