The Orange County Housing Finance Authority will conduct a Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) public hearing concerning the proposed issuance by the Escambia County Housing Finance Authority in Orange County "Area of Operation" of its not to exceed $32,000,000 Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, to finance the acquisition and rehabilitating of a residential rental project -Hollowbrook Apartments- for persons who are of very low, low, middle and moderate income.
