Open Space (PR-OS) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) in order to construct up to 158 senior affordable multi-family dwelling units. The request is concurrent with a rezoning (RZ-23-10-074) to go from R-1A (Single-Family Dwelling District) to R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential).
