Description:
Durham Place Apartments is an affordable housing, private developer-initiated project located at 5215 South Orange Blossom Trail. This project consisting of 102 multifamily units was approved by Orange County, and construction was managed by the developer on private property as well as the County's right-of-way. At this meeting, Orange County staff will be present for discussion of the project and to address project-related questions.
