East Colonial Student Housing
Description:The proposal is to change the Future Land Use Map designation of the subject property from
Commercial (C) and Low-Medium Density Residential (LMDR) to Planned Development-High Density
Residential (PD-HDR) (Student Housing) and to rezone the site from C-1 (Retail Commercial
District) and R-2 (Residential District) to PD (Planned Development District) to allow for the
development of a student housing complex featuring up to 208 units/680 beds. Also requested are
nine (9)
waivers from Orange County Code.

Palladium Student Housing
Description:The proposal is to change the Future Land Use Map designation of the subject property from
Commercial (C) to Planned Development (PD) ? Commercial (C) / High Density Residential ? Student
