Yard-of-the-Month

The Yard-of-the-Month (YOM) program encourages residents to take pride in their property’s appearance in a fun and easy way. Communities can nominate and vote which house in their neighborhood is worth recognizing with a sign.

Follow 3 simple steps to get started!

• We attend your neighborhood meeting with information about the program.
• If interested, the community reaches out to our office to request a yard sign.
• Once the community reaches out, our office can bring the sign to your neighborhood group and you can get started with recognizing your neighbors property!

The Yard-of-the-Month Program offers two different types of signs:

• Yard-of-the-Month
  This sign is offered to a winning property on a monthly basis.
• Yard-of-the-Quarter
  This sign is offered to a winning property on a quarterly basis.
