Fourth Amendment to the 2019-2020 One-Year Action Plan Budget
In accordance with federal regulations relative to citizen participation for Community Planning and Development Programs and applicable waivers made available to those requirements through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, which was signed into law on March 27, 2020, Orange County is making a Fourth Amendment to the 2019-2020 One-Year Action Plan budget available to the public. This amendment reflects a reduction in Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG-CV) due to the recapture of funds. The public review and comment period for the proposed amendment is from Monday, June 26, 2023 through Monday, July 10, 2023. Any comments on the proposed budget amendment should be submitted in writing, via email, to Janna Souvorova, Chief Planner, at janna.souvorova@ocfl.net.
