Description:

We are updating the 2017 Floodplain Management Plan and we need your input! A virtual public input meeting will be held on December 6th at 5pm to provide an overview of the plan?s purpose and gather your feedback on changes and new information that should be incorporated into this update. Have you experienced flooding in the past? Are there areas in your neighborhood prone to stormwater flooding? Do you have suggestions for how to reduce flood risk? Come to the meeting to share your input! Citizens can send floodplain-related content via email ahead of the meeting: Daniel.Negron@ocfl.net

Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, states that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by a board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
