Orange County Utilities will be hosting two meetings (May 9 and May 15) for vacant property owners and homeowners who currently receive water and wastewater services from Pluris-Wedgefield, LLC, to discuss the potential purchase of the Pluris-Wedgefield Water & Wastewater System. The purpose is to provide background information, timelines, and an owner cost estimate as well as deliver details about straw polling, which will be the process used to establish current owner interest in purchasing the system. Both meetings will include the same updates, and an owner does not need to attend both.
