The proposal is to change the Future Land Use Map designation of the subject property from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Commercial (C) and to change the Zoning classification from R-1 (Single-Family Dwelling District) to C-1 (Retail Commercial District), to allow for a retail garden center and other C-1 retail commercial uses.
