We will explore the specific needs and propose solutions to particular neighborhoods within different areas of the district. The diverse input we receive in these focus groups can become solutions to the short-term and long-term prosperity of local neighborhoods within District 5. Description:Develop a preferred alternative for the widening of Orange Avenue from 2 to 4 lanes from the Orange � Osceola county line to Florida�s Turnpike (approximately 0.61 miles). The RCA study is Orange County�s detailed project development process undertaken to evaluate potential preliminary engineering options and recommendations and address anticipated mobility needs of the corridor. In addition, the study will assess both social and environmental impacts associated with the planned road improvement.
